As a result of the project, the company will implement a new technological process for the production of a range of universal anchor plates for welding instruments. The product is mainly dedicated to manufacturers of rail transport vehicles (mainly from the railway industry). Implementation will be facilitated by the purchase of one technologically advanced fixed asset in the form of a laser cutting machine in fibre optic technology. Its purchase will also enable the implementation of process and organisational innovation (the scale of both innovations: applied globally over a period of up to 3 years). The project will also result in a positive impact on OSH conditions in the enterprise and an increase in employment by 1 person (1 full-time). The comprehensive implementation of the project will affect both the maintenance and growth of the competitive advantage of the company and the further creation of a positive brand in the metal construction market and the production of rolling stock.
