The subject of the project is complex thermomodernisation with the replacement of heat sources in 21 residential, multi-family buildings located in Bytom at the following addresses: — st. Katowicka 49, 51, 53, 59, 60, – st. Korfantego 7, 9, 11, – st. Matejki 39, 46, – st. Staromiejska 2, 3, – st. Żeromskiego 6, 14, – st. Kochanowski 17, – st. Witczaka 37, 83, 85, – st. Miętkiewicza 5, 7, – st. Józefczaka 15. The result of the project will be a decrease in CO2 emissions by 86.84 %, PM10 by 99.97 % and a reduction in energy demand by 75.44 %. The total expenditure will be: PLN 21 917 037.94 in co-financing: PLN 20 821 186.04. The period of material implementation of the investment is the fourth quarter. 2019 – Q1 2023.
