The subject of the project is complex thermomodernisation combined with the exchange of heat sources in 11 multi-family buildings located in the Rybnik district Boguszowice-Osiedle. The main objective of the project is to reduce emissions of substances affecting air quality in the city by reducing the amount of thermal energy used for the operation of supported buildings and replacing obsolete, high-carbon heat sources with high efficiency and lower emissions. The project is an important element of the programme to reduce low emissions in Rybnik and at the same time part of the revitalisation programme implemented in the Boguszowice-Osiedle district. Substantive implementation is planned in 2019-2021.
