The aim of the project is to eliminate risk factors and facilitate the employment of 16 employees of CRIS through the implementation of a health programme to reduce the health impact of risk factors in the workplace. The target group shall be all staff members of the association. The planned actions include the implementation of a health-promoting strategy in the association, which aims to eliminate or minimise physical and psychosocial health risk factors. It will be realised by modernising workplaces (purchase of ergonomic devices such as chairs, monitors, footrests) and through training and information activities related to, among others, stress management, work with a difficult client, prevention of posture or vision defects. The project’s health strategy will cover 16 staff members.
