The main objective of the project is to increase the level of socio-professional integration of 145 OZWS (87K/58M) living in Zabrze and neighbouring cities, through individualised and comprehensive support, including: under the CIS, the activity of which will cover not less than 40 persons and a reintegration-training and internship block for a total of 105 persons (including 40 persons from the CIS Participants/cheques’ surroundings) to whom support will be provided on a personalised basis, according to their needs. The objective will be achieved during the duration of the project. The project will support: — three active inclusion instruments, including: trainings, specialist guidance, career counselling, coaching and internships, in particular aimed at gaining experience and developing skills in employers and natural persons conducting business activity – the activities of the Centre for Social Integration, which will be established in the city of Zabrze, where CIS had not previously operated.
