Proj (Type III) addressed to 55 people (34K) at risk of poverty and social exclusion, living in the voivodship. Silesian in the southern subregion in the municipality of Wisła. The aim of the project is to increase the number of persons covered by services in the municipality of Wisła by 55 people who need support in their daily operation (hereinafter: GIP, 34K), of which 5 people from part-spr. (3K), which is intended to meet the needs of those persons resulting from dependence through, among others, care and assistance services provided at the place of residence and the Senior Club and the increase in the competence of 20 carers fact (12K) from the care of the wards in the area. 01.03.2021-31.08.2022. Project tasks: care support, assistance, Senior Club, Care Support Center. That’s a fact. Results: 1. Number of service providers existing after the end of the project: 42 (6 babysitters, 1 AON, 35 seats in the Senior Club) 2. Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion from social services: 55
