The project includes systemic support for a child placed in foster care and his family of origin. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and availability of family support services and foster care supporting the process of deinstitutionalisation. The project activities will be individually tailored to the diagnosed needs of 50 families/persons, including: holders of family foster care, candidates for foster parents, independent children and biological families of children in custody. The project will help to minimise the impact of poverty and social exclusion of people living or leaving foster care and their families of origin. The project involves the creation of family forms of foster care and comprehensive support and development of work with the family, intensified cooperation with the local community. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2022 in the district of Żywecki.
