The project aims to increase the quality and attractiveness of educational services through the implementation of programmes and activities developing key competences (CCs) and preparing in the future for active and effective participation in the labour market. The target group consists of 25 teachers (21 women and 4 men) and 160 students (72 dz., 88 boys) aged 7-16 from the Jan Brzechwa Primary School in Godziszka. Tasks: Shaping and developing key competences in pupils, training for teachers, classes with students with special educational needs, creating conditions in schools for teaching based on the method of experimentation. Key indicators: Number of pupils who acquired key competences after leaving the programme, number of teachers who obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme.
