The aim of the project is to acquire and/or improve professional qualifications in 315 adults (189K/126M) from the voivodship. (they learn, work or live within the meaning of the Customs Code in the voivodship), who, on their own initiative, seek to obtain and formally confirm their professional qualifications and skills by taking part in the courses and trainings offered under the project in the period 01.01.2021-31.12.2022. Support will include vocational training, taking into account the development and educational needs of the PU and a set of training courses developing soft and linguistic competences. Each of the UP will have the opportunity to participate in several training courses. All UPs will be financed a one-off approach to the external examination as part of completed courses. The qualification will be preceded by a validation process and formally confirmed by the certification authority. It is assumed that at least 70 % of the supported persons will increase their qualifications attested by obtaining an external certificate recognised in the relevant industry.
