The project includes a deep energy modernisation of buildings H, K, L, M, O, P, R, S, T, U Świętokrzyski Oncology Center, located on the plots of Ewid. 931/6 and part 394/38, at ul. S. Artwiński 3 in Kielce. The scope of the project includes thermomodernisation works, including: modernisation of the installation: c.o., c.w., warming of floors, exterior walls, including exterior walls of cellars, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of ventilation systems, application of energy management system, application of photovoltaic cells. The estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions as a result of energy modernisation of plants (40458 m²) will be 1185.91 tonnes of CO²/year. The investment will lead to a reduction in the annual primary energy consumption of public buildings by 4532750 kWh/year in total and a reduction in final energy consumption of 10340.63GJ/year combined. The project also includes the installation of photovoltaic installations comprising 285 photovoltaic panels mounted on buildings. Average annual amount of energy produced from photovoltaic cells – 72.24 MWhe. These measures will result in an economic effect in the form of savings on electricity and heat costs of 708442/year. The amount of electricity saved from the project is 397.54 MWh/year and thermal energy is 8649.42 GJ/year. As part of the project, preparatory work was carried out: developed energy audit, PFU, feasibility stage (Q1 2018). The applicant has the right to dispose of the property for construction purposes. Obtaining a building permit will be the responsibility of the Contractor, selected in an open tender – to carry out the work in the “design and build” formula. The project also includes the provision of the services of the supervisory inspector, information and promotion activities, the performance of an ex-post audit. Completion of the project: 31 December 2023.
