The aim of the project is to improve air quality in Pawłów by reducing pollution into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of the building: Radkowice Health Center. The scope of the work includes, among others: Modernisation of the CO installation together with the replacement of the power source, modernisation of lighting, Installation of PV (RES) installations to compensate for electricity demand for lighting purposes,•Warming – basement walls,•Warming-flooring,•Warming – external walls,•Replacement of doors,•Watering of windows. After completion of the project, the municipality undertakes to carry out an ex-post audit within 14 months. Benefits of the project: 1. Reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere 2. Reduced heating costs for the building of the Health Centre in Radkowice 3. Increase the comfort of the use of public infrastructure and the safety of citizens. 4. Promoting environmental action, creating ecological attitudes. INDICATORS: 1.Quantity of electricity saved –1,52; 2.The amount of thermal energy saved – 269.72; 3.Reducing final energy consumption as a result of projects – 342,45; 4.Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions -34.1; 5.Number of energy-modified buildings-1 6.Occupational area of buildings subjected to thermal modernisation – 123,3; 7.Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings – 122 237.14; 8.Number of built units for generating electricity from RES – 1; 9.Number of modernised heat sources – 1. The project will be implemented from I. 2019 to XII 2021. The project involves the installation of only new unused components. The objectives of the project and the actions are in line with the specific objectives set for the Priority Axis of the ROP WŚ 2014-2020 and the specific objectives of Measure 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors.
