The aim of the project is to create a coherent public transport system in M. Starachowice by modernising infrastructure and purchasing low-emission rolling stock, which will reduce emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere. The project fits in. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 and is in line with unit. 3.4. The aim is to reduce emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere by improving low-emission urban rolling stock, building and modernising low-emission transport infrastructure, building a system of paths and introducing urban bicycles, conducting promotional campaigns. Actions shall focus on the development of multimodal urban mobility by inter alia: purchase of low-emission rolling stock(15pcs) together with the construction of a CNG refuelling station, modernising transport infrastructure: construction of 1 intersection, reconstruction of roads, reconstruction of street lighting, modernisation of 20 world stops and bays, introduction of 2 ITS systems, construction of a system of bicycle paths 12 km. and introduction of city bike, bicycle station and Bike & Ride station, management and promotion (promotion campaign).
