Construction and modernisation of the power infrastructure of SN and nN enabling the connection of new renewable electricity generation units located in Olsztyn ENERGA-OPERATOR SA Branch

The scope of the project includes the construction and reconstruction of medium voltage power lines (SN) located in the area of operation of the Olsztyn ENERGA-OPERATOR SA Branch. The project includes 4 investment tasks planned to be carried out in 2019 in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, in the communes: the city of Olsztyn, Szczytno, Dywity, Barczewo, Iława, Bisztynek (POV. Bartoszycki), Kolno (POV. Olsztyn). The detailed scope, i.e. the location of the project, the material scope of the individual tasks (technical elements, type of infrastructure, quantities), the description of the solution chosen and the technical implementation conditions, together with the determination of whether the infrastructure elements are new, modernised, adapted or not subject to modernisation, see Chapter 2.2 of the feasibility study and Annex 1 to the feasibility study. The material scope of the Project and selected technological solutions include, among others: the construction of new cable connections of existing SN lines, the conversion of the SN cable output from the GPZ and the conversion of the overhead line of the medium voltage 15 kV to the cable line, together with an increase in the cross-section of cables. The proposed investment tasks will increase the possibility of connecting new electricity generation units from RES and micro-installations to the grid in such a way as to ensure the safety of the operation of the OSD electricity networks. The length of the newly built and rebuilt network is 25,608 km, including: • new network built 6.568 km, • network rebuilt 19,040 km.
