The object of the project is the adaptation of the current boiler room building, located in the village of Łęgajny, in order to create a social services building – a rural community centre, which will be the centre of local activity. The draft provides for: 1. reconstruction of the building after the former boiler room with adaptation to social purposes – the creation of a rural community centre: As part of the planned change of use, construction works consisting mainly of the separation of additional functional premises, without major changes in the existing building layout and terrain, with maximum use of existing infrastructure are foreseen.The following rooms are planned: vestibules, common room, toilets, kitchen facilities, pom. for individual work, motor work, general cloakroom, sports cloakroom. Heating rooms through local heat production using a gas stove. 2. equipping the newly renovated building with basic equipment for the implementation of measures for people at risk of social exclusion. For the functioning of the building, it is planned to equip the facility with basic multimedia equipment for meetings (sound system, projector, laptop). In the kitchenette, gas stove, microwave, and a fixed kitchen. Sanitary part according to the arrangement of the rooms completely equipped with white assembly. Individual work room equipped with desk, chair, document cabinets. A locker room with clothes racks and a bench. A room for the operation of a sports locker room in metal racks for storing light items of current use, garments of participants. A detailed technical description is provided in the attached design documentation. Implementation of the project is in line with the assumptions set out in SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 for priority axis 9 Access to high quality social services, Measure 9.2 Social infrastructure, pursuing the objective of: Improving the quality and effectiveness of social services, project type 2 and 1 – justification below (paragraph: 3.4).
