The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for unemployed people aged 30 and over in the district of Summit. The project will be implemented from 1 January 2020 to 30 April 2021. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 143 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1) training leading to the acquisition or completion of professional qualifications or competences – 30 persons, 2) traineeships for gaining professional experience – 35 persons, 3) employment subsidies for intervention work – 60 persons, 4) reimbursement of costs of retrofitting the workplace – 18 persons, 5) grants for setting up a business – 22 persons. More than one form of support will cover 22 people. The project will cover persons aged 30 years and over (from the 30th birthday) registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed – min. 43 people, – persons with disabilities – min. 8 people, – elderly people aged 50 years and over – min. 17 people, – women – min. 77 people, – low-skilled – min. 81 people. The project will result in employment or self-employment for at least 44.3 % of project participants.
