REGIONAL COVID-HUB

The e-services developed, produced and implemented as part of the project will be based on securely collected and processed data collections in the ICHB PAN obtained from high-pass analyses of biological material collected from persons infected with SARS-CoV-2 in Wielkopolska. The source data will be stored during the project implementation phase and the maintenance period in the ICHB PAN repositories (an entity supported to combat or counteract the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic as part of project co-financing – output indicators) and then processed and made available as e-services on the Internet. The offered e-service functionality will enable users to model and visualise the virtual model for the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and similar viruses in Wielkopolska. The specific technological support of the ICHB PAN PSNC will cover bioinformatics analyses and processes for optimising the selection of various conditions and parameters describing the virtual model of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. In addition, the created e-services will enable secure communication together with the adaptation of e-services to the individual needs of users and public institutions involved in the fight against the pandemic in Wielkopolska. For identified stakeholder groups, e-services will be made available within the project, respectively: with e-maturity level 3 – bilateral interaction (3 e-services) and e-maturity level 4 – transaction (3 e-services). Developed e-services will offer advanced visualisation of the state and dynamics of the development of the pandemic in Wielkopolska, together with additional functionalities related to processing, analysis and sharing of scientific data and support COVID-19 diagnostics based on image data using artificial intelligence methods.
