The main objective of the project is to increase, in the period 01.08.2019-28.02.2021, the qualifications and competences of 65 K and 65 M unemployed/BEZ, job-seekers and inactive/BIER, but also those working more than 29 years of age who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, living in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship (d. KC), as part of occupations that are in deficit for the region, and thus increase the employment rate of people on the labour market. The main objective will be achieved through the implementation of the ind. pathways of occupational activation involving the use of the following support instruments:- the development of an IPD for 130 people. (a.k.a. 1)- Individual occupational and psychological counselling for 130persons. (a.k.a. 2)- placement of work for 130 people. (a.k.a. 3)- training/courses to improve qualifications and/or competences for 130 people. (a.k.a. 4)- internships with employers for 30 persons. (a.k.a. 5)HEADS. Results of the project to:Liczba persons who obtained qualifications after leaving the programme: 14K and 14Milage of employed persons, including self-employed persons, after leaving the programme: 23K and 23MGRUPA DOCELOWA are 130 people. (65K, 65M) i.e. Without (28K, 27M), BIER (26K, 26M) and workers (11K, 12M) in a particularly difficult labour market situation, in tym:Dbez (long-term unemployed): 10K, 10M at the age of 50+: 11K, 11MON: 4K, 3MNK (low quad.): 28K, 29MK: 13UBP (working poor): 6K, 6MZUK (short-term contracts) and UCP (working on a civil law contract): 5K, 6M.Supports: 1 person can be classified in several categories. Requirements: the applicant assumes that at least 26 persons will come from medium-sized cities listed in Annex 8.20 to the rules of the competition (KP2). INDIVIDUAL ACTION PLAN2.
