The project is aimed at 225 people over the age of 29, from municipalities requiring support for development processes (so-called. Axis) from the Jarocin, Średzki and Wrzesiński districts. The support will cover unemployed and inactive people, including the long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities, the low-skilled and 50+, but also the poor in employment and short-term and civil-law contracts. Each participant will receive individual support from a career adviser, resulting in a selection of support paths tailored to the participant’s needs and capabilities. Everyone will be able to benefit from one or more forms of support specified in the project. Participants will be able to acquire new professional qualifications or competences by taking part in courses and trainings that meet the current needs of the labour market and which will enable them to function more efficiently in their working lives. Selected participants will be able to acquire new or update their work experience and practical skills by participating in traineeships. As a result of the traineeship, participants will overcome one of the problems on the labour market, i.e. the lack of current professional experience. All participants will also take part in job search workshops aimed at providing participants with knowledge of modern and effective job search methods and how to prepare documents for applying for a job. The participants of the workshop will also be able to practice job interviews in a practical way. The project also envisages an active role of a job intermediary in job search, matching employers and project participants. The main results of the project include the preparation of the IPD for 225 people, 171 vocational training, 122 people who will take part in traineeships, employment efficiency 42 %, professional efficiency 13 %.
