The main objective of the project is to strengthen the development of the Gosp. and entrepreneurship in the province of Wielkopolska through the implementation of comprehensive activities that will contribute to the creation in the Wielkopolska by those who are working, unemployed and passive since 30 years. 355 sustainable jobs(314 new economic activities and 41 additional jobs), including 54 in the RES sector and 54 in the smart specialisation sectors.The support will be covered by 460 people from 30 years from voivodship (391 to work,57 unemployed,12 passive clauses) from the following categories:-immigrants, re-emigrants leaving agriculture and their families working poorly employed on short-term contracts/working under civil law (wages max. 120 % min. wages),-person unemployed, passive in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market (person. long-term unemployed, from 50 years of age, women, disabled, low-qualified persons)-unemployed men aged 30-49, not belonging to the above-mentioned game. The planned structure of the participants will be achieved thanks to the preference of a point at the recruitment stage for the person. Work and unemployed. Two-stage recruitment-selection of 420 project participants (210 persons/cycle) meeting the criteria of the doc group based on the evaluation of the Recruitment Form, diagnosis of competences and objective criteria.3.Preparing training for DG 40h support/person.4.Choice of the best business plans and payment of grants for the establishment of 314 DGs in Wielkopolska by 267 persons. Work and 47 unemployed persons/taken in.5.Fin. support for the 314 persons established by the DG, ensuring stability for entrepreneurs in the first year of activity.6.Monitoring and control of the established DGs.The implementation of the measures will take into account the principles of equal opportunities for women and men and non-discrimination, presupposes the availability of support for disabled and childcareers.
