The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the independence of the PA, increasing their motivation to take up employment, improving their competences/qualifications/skills, which will increase their value as employees. 40 % of participants will take part in traineeships and receive an internship scholarship, 40 % of the UP will increase their competences/professional qualifications through training and 10 % of the UP through participation in the CIS programme. In the case of children, the result will be an increase in social competences and a reduction in risky behaviour.Participation in individual actions will be equally open to representatives of both sexes and to those experiencing different barriers (e.g. disability). The partners will endeavour to ensure that the forms of support proposed to participants do not perpetuate stereotypes about gender roles and obligations.
