The project implemented in the years 2020-2023 is aimed at a total of 2405 people, including 1442K and 963M, including at least 500 families of biologists. (2148 including 1311K;837m) and 168 (85K; 83M) children from replacement families at risk of poverty and social exclusion as defined in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the field of social inclusion and combating poverty with ESF resources, ERDF 2014-20 from Municipalities: Czerwonak, Luboń, Murowana Goślina, Oborniki, Puszczykowo, Rokietnica, Skoki, Swarzędz, Śrem, Tarnowo Podgórne and Poznań District and the City of Poznań located in the area of Poznań MOF and 89 people. (46K; 43M) leading 50 replacement families, who are the surroundings of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion indicated above.Scope of the project:-maintenance of 25 posts of family assistants and the creation of a new place to provide social services through the creation of 1 post for family assistants;-holding 5 posts for coordinators of family foster care;-maintenance of 2 psychologist posts,1 pedagogical post, 1 post of psychoeducator and 1/16th mediator post, -the involvement of 15 people to help with childcare and farm work in professional and non-professional foster families;-providing training and supervision, psychological consultation and work support groups for foster families and family ambulances (40s, 20K and 20M);-providing at least 23 897 hours of specialist services for people at risk of poverty and social exclusion (including legal counselling, pedag., psychol., mediation, psychics, psychotherapy for non-p.s., and their care);-providing services for children with special needs (psychologist, FAS diagnosis, addiction therapy, psycho-physical diagnosis, services for children with health problems, etc.)-maintenance of services of 2 support families and the creation of 1 new RW.The project implements the types of projects no. 1, 2, 3 and 5 included in dz. 7.2.3 WRPO2014+.
