The project is aimed at 312 people of the working age (mainly over 24 years old) who report on their own initiative the need to improve their competences, from the Jarocin, Średzki, Śrem and Wrzesiński districts. The project is aimed especially at people with low competences and qualifications and older people aged 50 years and over. The project is implemented in the period XII 2019-XI 2021. The aim of the project is to: the acquisition of language qualifications in accordance with the ESOJK by 281 persons, thanks to the participation in training in English or German, 312 people in the period from XII 2019 to XI 2021, in the districts of Jarocin, Średzki, Śremski and Wrzesiński.The project will provide courses of English and German, leading to obtaining certificates at A1, A2, B1 or B2, i.e. levels consistent with the European System of Reference for Language Education. The courses will be conducted in the form of lectures, exercises and conversations, with the predominance of activation methods and techniques provoking the use of practical language. Participants will gain universal skills to communicate effectively in a foreign language, to read and listen efficiently, to express their interests and experiences.The project founded:- English courses lasting 120 hours and 180 h- courses of German lasting 120 hours. Participation in the courses is free of charge. Participants will receive manuals and training materials. The project will be implemented in a user-friendly manner. The classes will take place in rooms near the place of residence of the participants during hours adapted to their needs and their current professional or personal situation, and the costs of care for a child or a dependent person have been reimbursed for selected persons. The main activities and results of the project include: 24 English-language training groups, 2 German-language groups, 312 course participants; 281 people are qualified.
