Raising the level of vocational education in the Industry School of the first degree in Buk

The project will be implemented in the period from 30.06.2020 to 31.12.2022 in Buk City and Municipality, with support of 90 students and 2 teachers of the Industry School I Degree in Buk in Wielkopolska voivodship. The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of 90 students, through participation in apprenticeships (30 persons), educational and professional counselling (90 persons) and courses (60 persons) and to improve professional competences for 2 teachers, as well as to improve teaching conditions by purchasing the equipment necessary for the professional counselling of the Industry School I Degree in Buk, taking into account the deficit professions. An integral part of the project is the establishment of sustainable cooperation with the socio-economic environment. The project aims at increasing the professional qualifications of students of the school covered by the project by implementing measures to develop vocational training and adapting learning to the needs of the local labour market, as well as the organisation of apprenticeships. Support for teachers is aimed at increasing their competences and professional qualifications.Scheduled as part of the project, providing educational and professional counselling and equipping the institution with the necessary equipment and teaching aids will increase the awareness and knowledge of students about making informed educational and professional choices. The implementation of the project will also contribute to building a lasting relationship between the school and local and regional companies.
