Development of professional competences and qualifications at ZSPT CKU in Bojanów

The project “Developing Professional Competences and Qualifications in ZSPT CKU in Bojanów” implemented by the Complex of Life Science and Technical Schools of the Continuing Education Centre in Bojanów assumes the improvement of the quality of vocational education and training in the institution. The project will consist of two units: The Wielkopolskie Insurgents Technique in Bojanów and the First-degree Industry School in Bojanów.The project responds to the needs and shortcomings of the institution, as well as the expectations of the local labour market as set out in the document entitled “Diagnosing the needs of vocational training in the Complex of Life Science and Technology Schools of the Continuing Training Centre in Bojanów” developed and adopted by the leading body in March this year. The above analysis was supplemented by the conclusions of the 2019 Occupation Barometer and the list of sectors identified as sectors with the highest development potential or strategic sectors for the Wielkopolska Voivodeship (smart specialisation), as well as a survey conducted in March among students and teachers of the institution and local entrepreneurs.As part of the activities planned between 25 June 2020 and 11 March 2022, it is planned to retrofit 4 workshops (2 veterinary, 1 agricultural and 1 computer), organise additional classes for 95 students (140 hours of classes run by teachers of the institution and 177 hours of commissioned classes) and improve the competences and qualifications of the pedagogical staff – 5 people. (2 K and 3 M). The project also includes internship programmes for 5 students from the specialisation of IT, veterinary and agricultural techniques. Activities shall also include improving the availability, quality and efficiency of the services provided as part of educational and professional counselling. The project will be carried out according to the standards of access described in Annex No.2 to the guidelines in the field of equation and in accordance with the digital standard, standard. architect., training standard, information-promotional standard, standard. education.
