The project under consideration entitled: “Strengthening the investment attractiveness of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship through comprehensive preparation of the areas of the Modern Technologies Industrial Park in Stargard – stage II”, its scope includes the execution of works in the field of: — ext. roads, road lighting, greenery, rain drainage in the scope of [entity: Town of Stargard Municipality] – water supply network, sanitation system [entity: MPGK Sp. z o.o.] [description of the scope of work: SW 4.1.3.2] The project will be implemented by the Partners: — Municipality of Stargard – MPGK Sp. z o.o. using the Project Team, which will consist of: — on the side of the City: President, Treasurer/Financial Department, Engineering Department, Office of European Funds and Economic Development, Public Procurement Office; — on the side of MPGK Spo. z o.o.: Chairman of the Board, Head of Accounting Department, Department of Water Supply and Sewerage – master of sewerage network, master of water supply network. [management: SW 3.2.2] Key milestones of the project: 1) Preparatory work: a) Elaboration of project documentation/obtaining the necessary permits and opinions (partially realised/Q3 2019), b) Elaboration of a feasibility study and application application (completed), c) Announcement of a tender for the execution of the investment task and signing a contract with the contractor (Q4) 2019 – Q1 2020). 2) Preparation of PPNT sites: execution of works on internal communication infrastructure (Q1) 2020 – Q3 2021), (b) Execution of works in the industrial dewatering part. (And quad. 2020 – Q3 2021), (c) The execution of works in the water-channel network part (Q1) 2020 – Q3 2021). 3) Project promotion (Q1 2020 – Q3 2021) PROJECT: — it is stationary, located in SOM, – focused on activities increasing the attractiveness and accessibility of investment zones in the SOM, – leads to the resolution of significant problems of availability of infrastructure for the development of gosp.
