The project will support micro and/or small entrepreneurs operating in the province affected by COVID-19 for a maximum of 3 months. Support in the form of a grant for financing working capital will be granted on the basis of a unit rate to entrepreneurs who recorded a decrease in revenue in the period of 3 consecutive months after 29 February 2020 by a minimum of 70 % compared to the corresponding 3 months of 2019. The criteria for the selection of grant recipients and grant applications and the procedures for awarding them will be submitted for approval by the MA before publication of the call for proposals. The call will be carried out via the IT system WITKAC. The funds will be paid subject to a positive verification of the documents and their availability. The settlement of the grant will take place on the basis of a positive verification of the reports submitted by the entrepreneurs. Project implementation period 01.07.2020-31.12.2020. The grant project will be implemented on the basis of the Communication from the European Commission: Temporary framework for State aid measures to support the economy in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak (2020/C91 I/01) (OJ C 91I, p. 1) and Communication from the Commission: Amendments to the Temporary Framework for State aid measures to support the economy in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak (2020/C112 I/01) (OJ C 2020 No 112I, p. 1.Support will be granted on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister for the Funds and Regional Policy of 28 April 2020 on the granting of aid in the form of grants or repayable aid under operational programmes for the period 2014-2020 in order to support the Polish economy in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic (Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2020, item 773); The project (or part of it) did not receive funding from other public funds. The project responds to the identified needs of entrepreneurs and is in line with the concept of support enshrined in SOOP for measure 1.19, as well as in the recruitment regulations.
