The object of the project is the construction of a demonstration passive building with a useful energy demand (Eu) of the building for heating purposes max. 12 kWh/m2year and primary energy demand (Ep) max. 120 kWh/m2year calculated in accordance with the Passivhaus Institut methodology in Darmstadt with mandatory air tightness of the building at a level of not more than 0.6h-1 for the test carried out in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9972:2015-10. The implementation of the project is planned in the following stages: 1.Preparation of project documentation 2.Construction of passive building 3. Supervision of project implementation 4.Advisory services 5.Promotional and information activities The project assumes the implementation of information and promotion activities of an educational nature, aimed at raising the environmental awareness of the inhabitants of the voivodship in the field of energy savings, promotion of renewable energy sources and dissemination of information on the economic and environmental benefits of passive construction. As part of these activities, an educational path will be created inside the building, as well as an organised wide-ranging information and promotion campaign of the nature of environmental education. The project to be implemented will have a demonstration character and the resulting facility will be a building: a passive public service facility and will be open to all visitors. The building will comply with the standards adopted by the Polish Institute of Passive Construction and Renewable Energy named after Gunter Schlagowski. The Low-Emission Economy Plan was created in the project area, which sets out the local conditions and the directions of planned interventions in the area concerned.
