The subject of the project is thermomodernisation of 1 public building – the building of the Centre for Vocational Education and Tourism in Świnoujście. The project will be implemented in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, the city of Świnoujście, at ul. Gdynia 26, plot No 546/2, Division 9. Energy audits and application documentation have been developed so far. The construction works were not commenced and therefore the actual implementation of the project did not begin. The project is an independent unit of analysis and covers all investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operationality of the infrastructure as soon as the material scope is completed. No additional investment tasks are required to launch project products. Material scope: Activity 1: Thermomodernisation of CEZiT – construction works; Activity 2: Technical documentation; Activity 3: Investor supervision; Activity 4: Promotion of the project. The justification for choosing the technology indicated in the energy audit is its compliance with Polish and European standards and favourable value for money. The solutions adopted will make it possible to improve the energy efficiency of the public space, i.e.: reduction of annual demand for non-renewable primary energy, reduction of final energy consumption, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The project is in line with the Low Carbon Economy Plan for the Municipality of Świnoujście. The applicant, Investor, beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Świnoujście. Project implemented using the PCM method in participatory form. Project Responsibility: The City Hall in Świnoujście, the potential for the implementation of the project are employees of the University with many years of experience in the implementation of projects co-financed by the EU.
