Increasing the potential of the energy grid ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. in order to receive energy from renewable sources in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship

The scope of the project includes the reconstruction of the WN/SN Pyrzyce power station. The station is located in an area with identified demand for new connection capacities in connection with RES production – the identification of the demand was made at the stage of drawing up the Low Emission Management Plan for the Municipality of Pyrzyce for the years 2015-2020. The project is implemented in the formula “design and build” according to which the selected contractor will also be required to obtain the required administrative decisions and formal and legal consents enabling the implementation of the investment. The selection of the Contractor of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and the internal document “Regulations for the award of contracts by ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. co-financed by the European Union”. Investor supervision will be carried out by own forces of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. The planned scope of work includes the following elements: technical documentation, replacement of SN switchgear with new switchgear with security and secondary circuits of 15 kV switchgear, replacement of WN/SN transformers with cable bridges and 110 kV protections, installation of new cable bridges connecting WN/SN transformers with SN switchgear, reconstruction of the outputs of the SN line to the new switchboard, modernisation of grounding unit No. 2, modernisation of the switchboard needs of own DC and AC, replacement of battery batteries, modernisation of the telemechanics system, retrofitting of the existing communication system, modernisation of BKR1 and BKR2, construction of the SOT system, modernisation of the station building, land development around the station and fence. The cost of producing information and commemorative boards was included in the project costs. This cost will not increase the value of the fixed assets generated by the project. It will be shown in the remaining operating costs. The project will result in an increase in the potential distributed generation capacity that can be connected to 8 MW.
