The aim of the project is to award 200 grants to the inhabitants of Stargard for the implementation of environmental tasks, including the permanent change of the solid fuel heating system, consisting of: 1) connecting to the district heating network or 2) installing gas heating or 3) installing other types of heat generators: a. Installation of electric heating, b. installation of oil heating, c. installation of heating based on renewable energy sources, d. installation of heating based on low carbon solid fuel. The grant will be subject to the decommissioning of solid fuel furnaces or boilers and replacement by one or a combination of these installations. Grants will be awarded on the basis of the rules of procedure, the draft of which is annexed to the WoD. The project plans to commission 240 energy performance certificates for buildings. Method of implementation: The project will be implemented by employees of the City Hall in Stargard and persons employed on the basis of civil-law contracts. Energy performance certificates will be carried out by a person employed under a civil-legal contract. Stages of the project: Signature of the grant agreement. Announcing a call for residents. Collection of grant applications, ongoing evaluation and approval of applications selected for the grant, signing of contracts. Exchange of heat sources – implementation of the task by grantees. Control of the implementation of grants. Audit of the grant recipients verifying the performance of the task, the payment of the grant. Coordinating the work related to the implementation of the project. Keeping records and financial settlements. The project is stationary.
