The project covers the Szczecin sub-region/RS/-(POG:GR,kam.-Km,gol-GL,policki-P,M.Sz-n – Sz,M.Św-Św-Św-Św-Św). Objective: employment rate in ES RS WZ sector through the creation of 96new jobs in SOCIAL PRODUCTS,81 jobs for SCIs without subsidies, strengthening competitiveness and development capacity 200 PES operating in RS and supporting 900(510K) of its inhabitants(including:*450 OZWS(255K), including 45 OZWS(26K) from revitalisation areas; * including 90ON(39K) st.zn.i um.int,psych.in the field of obtaining the knowledge and skills needed to set up, conduct, develop PS/PES, through the provision of standardised OWES services until 31.12.23. In practice, the OWES offer is a comprehensive, individually tailored support including: animation, integration, training, consulting, business services, financial support and reintegration services, etc. RECIPIENTS: 1)*900 OS FIZ.,inhabitants/sectors(56.6 %-K), of which:**100ON(43.1 %K) including 90ON with significant or moderate degree of incomplete or partial contact, with partial-pr. intellect/person with mental disorders; **including 450 OZWS with RS; 2)*25 PES having a unit org. in RS authorised to set up PS (PPS);3)*200 PES having one.org.in RS. Individualisation of Support Paths based on the diagnosis of the environment/OS/GI/PS/PS/PES.OWES services:*USŁ.ANIMATIONI LOKAL-education activities.,animation,integration;*SERVICES ES-min.training,advice for OS.FIZ/GI,PPS,PS,PES;*WSPARCIE for the development of the workplace in the PS.GŁ.REZULTATY:*In PS covered by OWES support in the RS will be created at least 96 new jobs for OZWS (financial support, support services). New jobs in the PS will be supported, in order to sustainably strengthen the business competences of the recipients of the activities, over the next 6-12 months by granting bridging support in the form of financial support and comprehensive ES support services, as well as reintegration services for the OZWS who took up work in the FVC.
