The aim of the project is to: Until 31.12.2022: extending the offer of care services in Kolobrzeg through the provision of UO, SUO and telecare for at least 20 dependent residents of the city (min. 15 K), including assistance services of at least 5 persons (min.2 K) with disabilities, and support of at least 50 actual carers (min.40K) in the form of access to training, counselling and respite care. Among the inhabitants of the city according to the KC there are 3 target groups: GD1 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion (dependant persons, in particular the elderly), GD2 persons with disabilities and their families, GD3 actual carers (OF) of dependent persons. Project activities are planned for min.75 UP (min.57K). The main tasks are directed at:1. Provision of UO, SUO and telecare for dependent persons and the provision of assistance services to ONs and their families.2. Support of the OF, including access to psychological assistance, training and legal counselling and respite care. During the project, the implementation of equality tasks will be taken into account at every stage – in the field of key Community principles and policies in accordance with the guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with N and the principle of equal opportunities K and M under EU funds for the period 2014-2020. The main result is the creation of: new places of care services – employment of 2 carers and assistants – employment of 1 assistant ON (permanence).The auditor will gain experience in organising specialised care services (SUO), telecare, assistant to a disabled person (AS) and support for real carers (OF), i.e. social services for the local community, which have not been implemented so far in the city.
