The project is aimed at creating pre-school places by supporting existing pre-school education centres in Police and Pilchów in the field of modernisation, purchase of equipment and materials necessary to work with an increased number of children. The project contributes to the specific objective of measure 8.1 of the ROP WZ 2014-2020: by 2021, the number of pre-primary upbringing places in Police and Pilchów for pre-school children will increase by 64 places and the offer of pre-school facilities will be extended to include 197 children’s educational opportunities. The project shall take into account the following types: creating new pre-primary education places for pre-school children in existing pre-primary education centres, extending the provision of pre-primary education centres to include additional activities to increase children’s educational opportunities in terms of identified deficits, funding development programmes for children, including key competences and improving teachers’ skills and competences. As a result, 6 teachers will acquire competences and qualifications after leaving the programme and 5.71 % will increase the number of children supported in pre-school education. The implementation of support for PP No 1 and the Pilchów facility will be carried out on the basis of individual diagnoses of both prepared by the PLO. The diagnosis was approved by the Mayor of Police. The two sites covered by the project have never received ESF co-financing (8.1, 8.4 and 8.5 ROP WZ 2014-2020)-critical prem. 2. In accordance with the SOOP ROP WZ 2014-2020 and the Rules of the Competition, the project is aimed directly at 197 pre-school children and 6 teachers from PP No. 1 and in Pilchów. 100 % of the target group is from Zachodniopomorskie voivodship.
