The main objective of the project is to create 20 new pre-school places for 20 disabled children aged 3-4 years (indoor. Prem)(10 K and 10 M), providing rehabilitation classes for children and improving and supplementing the qualifications of pedagogical staff between 01.04.2020 and 31.08.2021, as well as providing the necessary infrastructure. The project will ensure the functioning of the newly created group, for the duration of the project.(live, teach., rehabilitation.)Therapeutic center will be developed with a special kindergarten, the organisation of which will be in accordance with ROZP.MEN dated 17.03.2017r. on the detailed organisation of public schools and publ kindergarten. We will provide small groups of children to guarantee therapeutic success. Children will have access to all therapies, which will be conducted individually and collectively, with a focus on independence and communication and on children’s social development. Direct contact between parents and therapists will strengthen the effects of work and help solve the problems that our families have to face on a daily basis. The implementation of the project is the result of a diagnosis of the availability of pre-school places for children with disabilities along with rehabilitation (Sz-n), which reveals a significant shortage of places for children with disabilities. In Szczecin there are two special kindergartens and several integration units with a limited number of places and types of disability as part of rehabilitation. Children with various types of disabilities will be admitted to kindergarten – Down syndrome, autism, visually impaired, hearing impaired, deaf, children with Affasia, children with Asperger syndrome, with a slight intellectual disability. In addition to basic day care, adequate,diverse rehabilitation with specialists will be provided. Support for professional improvement will be addressed to 10 teachers in the field of special pedagogy (Courses, workshops, training completed with a certificate)
