The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in 17 professions run by 9 vocational schools from Koszalin by 30.09.2023, by adapting it to the needs of the labour market, improving the competences and professional qualifications of vocational education teachers, organising additional forms of education going beyond the curriculum for students, equipping vocational schools with modern teaching aids, developing cooperation with the socio-economic environment of schools, including through the organisation of internships and apprenticeships for students at employers and developing the competences of key students. As a result of the project, the following results will be achieved: at least 360 people (121K, 239M) will obtain qualifications in out-of-school forms of education, and 157 students (93K,64M) will increase the key comp., 25 teachers (10K,15M) of vocational education will acquire qualifications or acquire competences, 9 vocational schools will use the retrofitting purchased through the ESF, 1 K will obtain qualifications. The target group of the project is students of vocational schools in Koszalin and the vocational education teachers employed there, residing in the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship within the meaning of the Civil Code. In addition, vocational schools run by the Municipality of Koszalin will be supported. The implementation of the project will contribute to creating the conditions for comprehensive development and further improvement of the quality of education in the following professions: t. trader, i.e. economist, i.e. logistics, i.e. accounting, tourism service technicians, landscape architecture techniques, techniques of renewable energy equipment and systems, hairdressing technicians, food technology technicians, motor vehicle technicians, mechanics, motor vehicle mechanics, car metalworker, motor vehicle electromechanics, cook, auxiliary staff of hotel services (two recent: OZN).
