The aim of the project is to improve by 31.12.2023 the quality of the figure in 21 professions run by 7 vocational schools. from Koszalin and 1 g. from Białogard, by adapting it to the needs of the labour market, improving the competences and professional qualifications of vocational education teachers, organising additional forms of education going beyond the curriculum for students, equipping vocational schools with modern teaching aids, developing cooperation with the socio-economic environment of schools, including through the organisation of internships for students with employers and the development of key competences of students. As a result of the project, the following results will be achieved: at least 242 people (81K, 161M) will obtain qualifications in extra-curricular forms of education, and 74 students (25K,49M) will increase the key comp., 24 teachers (10K,14M) of vocational education will obtain qualifications or acquire competences, 6 vocational schools will benefit from retrofits purchased through the ESF, 1 K will obtain qualifications. The target group of the project is students of vocational schools in Koszalin and Białogard, as well as vocational education teachers employed there, living/working/learning in the KKBOF within the meaning of the provisions of the CC. In addition, the competition will be supported by the City of Koszalin Municipality and the Białogard District. The implementation of the project will contribute to creating the conditions for comprehensive development and further improvement of the quality of education in the following professions: t. nutrition and catering services, i.e. hospitality, i.e. graphics and digital printing, i.e. construction, i.e. surveyor, electronics, i.e. computer scientist, electrician, seller, confectioner, baker, machine tool operator, mechanic-assembler of machinery and equipment, electromech. vehicles alone., motor vehicle mechanic., operator of machinery and equipment for plastics, carpenter, upholstery, cook, work. auxiliary hotel service (t. OZN).
