The project consists of revitalising the Kościuszki Park and thermomodernisation of multi-family residential buildings at ul. Piłsudski 26 and 28 (oficin A and B). The projects were included in the list of the Municipal Programme for the Revitalisation of the City of Koszalin for the years 2017-2026. The scope of works on revitalisation of Kościuszki Park includes construction works consisting of: demolition robots and lighting and demolition of alleys (more widely in 3.1.2.1sw), -the execution of park alleys from stone cubes in accordance with the graphic annex with a length of approx.1km, -cutting of plantings intended to be removed -the execution of elements of small architecture (grass, baskets and stands for bicycles) -the execution of humping and planting with grass, -the execution of lighting for the whole task, i.e. 112pcs. The scope of works related to the revitalisation of the park also includes conducting investor, author and nature supervision, promotional activities consisting of placing information and commemorative boards at the place of implementation of the project. Detailed scope of works on buildings at ul. Piłsudskiego 26, 28 of officials A and B were indicated in point. 3.1.2.1 feasibility study (sw), scope of other demolition works for the park in point. 4.1.3.2 pp. The scope of the work related to thermomodernisation also includes the promotion of the project consisting of placing information and commemorative boards at the site of the project. The project budget also includes the preparation of application documentation. The entity responsible for managing the project and the owner of the infrastructure to be revitalised is the Municipality of Koszalin. At the stage of implementation, the project will be run by the Koszalin City Council and the project developers, i.e. the Road and Transport Management Board in the area of the T.Kościuszki Park and the Residential Buildings Board in the field of thermomodernisation of 2 residential buildings at ul.Piłsudskiego 26 and 28 of the A.B. The project is planned to be implemented in the years 2019-2022.
