The project provides for the construction and entry into function of the first phase of communal infrastructure of the Crèche, which represents the first step in the realisation of one of Zadar City’s most significant economic strategic projects aimed at a full economic affirmation of the UP Zendra and Zadar County. The project will result in the built municipal infrastructure of the Enterprise Zone Black, a total area of 41 521.21 m², which will activate a total of 243 824.36 m² of the area of the zone and will create the conditions to attract investors in the zone.
