Following a business analysis, the company Specra d.o.o. identified the problems to be solved by the project, including the inability to prove quality, reduced productivity, lack of traceability of documentation and clear procedures related to waste management, health and safety at work, and IT security. The aim is to strengthen its capacity by introducing ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001, which will create the preconditions for the 20 % increase in sales revenue, as well as the preservation of existing jobs and job creation. The target group is both existing (109) and future employees, and the final beneficiaries of the family of employees, clients and partners and the economy of the Republic of Croatia as a whole.
