The project’s specific objective of a total value of HRK 950.000,00 is put in place by the SPREGRA ERP system in order to optimise its 9 business processes, achieve a more efficient workflow organisation, improve interaction with customers and suppliers and improve its market position. This objective is the response to the identified main project issue: inability to effectively and efficiently manage the company’s business processes, which affects the overall competitiveness of the SPREGRA and its sales and export performance. In line with the above, target groups are defined: employees of SPEGRE, customers and suppliers and, viewed at macro level, a broader scope of the project, a narrower and wider community.
