The existing information systems can no longer track the growth of companies, which represents a serious impediment to further development and ultimately results in increased costs, employee’s inability and lost business opportunities. The project will implement a business intelligence system and a human resources management system with the required IT equipment. The objectives of implementing the project activities are: 1) the increased speed and quality of business decision-making at all levels of decision-making by relevant and timely information, te2) increased efficiency of all staff in the compass through better management and transparency. the project will be implemented for 18 months and the total investment is HRK 1,4 million.
