You are held by the City of Rijeka. The energy renovation covers the following measures: increase the thermal protection of the ceiling towards the unheated space, increase the thermal security of the external wall, replace the exterior trim, span the heating plants and install thermostatic valves, and upgrade the lighting. All the measures shall comply with the technical conditions set out in the invitation. Energy renovation would save 54 % of energy for heating as well as CO2 emissions by 68 %.
