Implementing measures for the renovation of the Makarska city sport centre will result in the move of a building from energy class D to energy class C, energy savings of energy consumption by 61.31 %, CO2 emissions reduction, and also address the problem of sealing of roofing, falling part of the mortars, and the onset of moisture on internal walls. Also, the implementation of the project will improve conditions and comfort for building users and the aesthetic outlook of the building.
