The project’s case is a building of the Donji Mišolac police station. The Donji Mišolac police station is composed of two parts — a business building with restaurants, a kitchen, two sessions, for martial arts and business buildings with offices. The solidity of the police station Donji Mišoljac is a cellar, ground floor, cat and lofts. The annual average annual consumption for 3 years (2015 to 2017) is 19 838.00 kWh in electricity, 421 767.46 kWh in natural gas and 621.41 m³ of water and has been released for 97,95 tonnes/year C02. With the lower cost of maintaining the building (energy use), thermal insulation, the replacement of the external joinery, the reconstruction of the interior lighting, the new boiler, the ventilation and the shading in windows are affected.
