The project involves drawing a study dossier at river basin level, for twelve basins with significant flood risks, drawing documentation for the River Sava in the Republic of Croatia, and producing a study paper for the project to improve non-construction measures in the management of flood risks in Croatia. Through the drafting of this study, optimal flood risk management measures are being identified and their socio-economic justification based on the analyses of the benefits and costs.
