The project aims at restoring the Brownfield site, involving the reconstruction of Ciglei and T, within the former industrial complex Rikard Benčić, in the area of the wider centre of Rijeka and their conversion to a children’s house and the City Library of Rijeka with the aim of meeting the cultural and educational needs of the population of the entire Rijeka urban agglomeration and attracting visitors in the project area.
