Downfield sites represent a great potential for improving the economic, environmental and social environment in the Zadar MA. The largest part of the Brownfield is concentrated in the former military area (83.3 %), which is necessarily revitalised for the benefit of the people of the UP — The Brownfield area of the former military barracks at the S. Radć street, as well as the former military complex, restores and re-works to make the existing, currently untapped, re-use and serve together.The project aims to revitalise the downfield area of the former military complex by the reconstruction and regulation of the former military site in the area of public — social and cultural content.
