The aim of the project is to reconstruct the Brownfield site at the centre of Split, that is an existing establishment with a well-established name of the town of Split, which is owned by the City of Split and is not used for many years and is located in a derable state. The reconstruction takes a fully functional residential purpose with the purpose of hosting two vulnerable user groups based on existing needs; young people above 21 years of age without an adequate parental care leaving them all in the form of institutional care previously provided to them, including primarily the former residents of the maestral Split, as well as the parents/carers of children who have no residence in the area of Split and whose children are undergoing treatment or rehabilitation at the Split Clinic Hospital.
