The challenge of effective and transparent management of protected areas of the Republic of Croatia is the fact that their borders are not devolved to cadastral plans, which makes it impossible to record the status and rights provided by the official registers (cadastre and land register), nor to present transparent data on protected areas to the general public. The implementation of the project activities will provide geodetic technical documentation necessary to record a specific legal regime and a prerequisite for the registration of pre-emption rights in official registers within the boundaries of protected areas from the strict reserve, the national park and the nature park and will ensure access to information and transparency of data by the general public.
