The health centre of Krapina-Zagorje County because of the lack and obsolescence of equipment and the inadequate regulation of the 9 facilities is currently unable to provide good quality primary care, and the project will solve the problem of limited access to primary care and introduce 4 new services, thereby reducing the number of postings in hospitals by at least 5 % by 2023 by the entire population of Krapina-Zagorje County.
